At HSG Medical, Kage is actively involved in investment oversight and financial structuring of new outpatient medical developments and acquisitions in partnership with Capital Healthcare Properties.

At Hubbard Street Group, Kage strategizes new investment and development activities, while overseeing the financial structuring of the company’s portfolio. Kage is actively involved in the financial analysis, project design, entitlement process, construction management, leasing strategy and asset management. He has been involved in over $1.2 billion of residential and commercial real estate transactions across the country, including 2.0+ million sf and 1,500+ residential units.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Kage was an analyst in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kage holds a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kage also serves on the Leadership Council for Communities in Schools of Chicago (CISC) and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Associate Board.  Kage lives in Chicago with his wife, Jess, and his three children.
