John McLinden is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of HSG Medical, where he is actively involved in investment oversight and financial structuring of new outpatient medical developments and acquisitions.

John brings over 35 years of real estate experience. Over his career, he has developed over $3.5 billion of institutional-grade commercial, residential and hotel properties across the country.  John focuses his attention on HSG’s new development and investment activity in Chicago, Phoenix and other major markets.

Prior to founding Hubbard Street Group, John was a managing principal at Centrum Partners, leading the development of retail, residential, office and hotel projects nationwide. Projects at both Centrum and Hubbard Street Group have been recognized over the years, establishing the firm as one of the most distinguished and experienced developers in the Chicago area.  John received a BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  John splits his time between Scottsdale and Chicago with his wife, Betsy.
